Lets talk about the NOW+GOOD+PERFECT METHOD (APPROACH). This method was originally developed by me in Aug 2017 and i want to share it with you.
It is a really simple method which involves 5 main steps and in this video we will look at Steps 1-3.
Take a piece of paper and divide it into 3 columns like this, or you can download the worksheet provided at the top of this page.
Step 1: In the NOW section write variables which are a part of your daily life (work, people, physical places, activities, things you like and don't like in your life).
Just write whatever comes to you, don't overthink.
Step 2: In the PERFECT section write what is it that you want for your life to be PERFECT? (things you want to have, people, specific goals to achieve...etc.)
Write whatever comes but try to be as specific as possible. For example, if you want to a BMW then write the colour, model, engine size, options, mileage...etc. The more specific details you write the better.
Step 3: In the GOOD section compare NOW to the PERFECT and write down what is bothering you the most.
You want to look at each item that you have wrote in the GOOD section and ask these two specific questions.
a) which ITEM in the present moment if disappeared completely would make you feel
awesome? (Job Removal)
b) which ITEM in the present moment if satisfied even partially would make you feel
better?
