Continue doing activities that are in week 1+2 and also add: 1. Wallet Cards - are small cards that you carry in your wallet which have MESSAGES on them which are specifically chosen to a) remind you what needs to be done b) phrases that help your mind to relax. You want to read these cards 1-4 times during the day to stimulate productivity and worry less. 2. Loading Cards - these are very similar to the wallet cards but there is more information on them and they are typically read in the morning before you start your day. You could also read these before sleep since it sinks into unconscious during the night. Loading cards will be explained in the next lesson. If you want to contact me, you can do so below. |
