In this video, I talk about the SATURATION PRINCIPLE which helps you understand when you are ready to move on in your life. There are two types of saturation:  1. ON Reference Points and 2. BETWEEN Reference points. The key is to be consciously aware through which one are you going through, since they always rotate one after another.

Part 1 – Determine Your Next Step in Life NOW+GOOD+PERFECT Method

Determine your next step in life exactly by utilizing the Now + Good + Perfect method. In the first part, we cover steps 1 to 3 which explain how comparing the Now life to your Perfect life gives you a Good life.

Part 2 – Determine Your Next Step in Life NOW+GOOD+PERFECT Method

Here, I explained Step#3 in greater detail so you could really understand how to use the Now + Good + Perfect Method.

Part 3 – Determine Your Next Step in Life NOW+GOOD+PERFECT Method

Step#4 is really simple, you just need to completely BLOCK or ERASE the Perfect section since you will not need it anymore for the rest of this exercise.

Part 4 – Determine Your Next Step in Life NOW+GOOD+PERFECT Method

Here you will complete Step#5 of the Now + Good + Perfect method which basically is about narrowing down the items you have written in the Good section.

Part 5 – Determine Your Next Step in Life NOW+GOOD+PERFECT Method

In this Step#6 you will actually arrive at only ONE ITEM that will become your next thing to execute which will relieve your pain and make you happier. You can do this exercise multiple times as i have included the worksheet which you can use.
