Tip#3 – Calm Down Using Herbal Supplements

Please understand that your brain may become OVERACTIVE and you might not be able to control the OVERTHINKING and WORRYING inside your mind.


In stressful situations the brain seems to jump from one topic to another, and any person, issue or physical environment has the capacity to trigger it.


What you need to do in stressful situations is to SLOW DOWN the link between the brain RECEIVING STIMULI and the REACTION happening.


By taking a herbal supplement, you will slow down the brain so the new information does not overwhelm you as much.


This will give you IMMEDIATE calmness because it will alter your brain and body on a CHEMICAL level.


Of course, you can just get yourself anxiety pills or antidepressants and they will do the trick also. But, medical pills have lots of side effects which could make your daily life much worse. Herbal supplements on other hand do not have a lot of side effects when taken in low dosages. It is only at higher dosages that side effects start to appear in some individuals. 


NOTE: I am not a doctor, I speak from my own personal experience of what has helped me and can help you. Please try the supplements discussed only if you DO NOT HAVE any SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITIONS like: heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for what you put into your body. It's your choice to disregard or accept my opinion on herbal and anti-ageing supplements.


If you want to try a specific supplement, talk to a few doctors first. If they clear you, then DO NOT use high dosages of 2000mg/day at the beginning. 


Also, you should cycle all herbal supplements, meaning if you use it for 8 weeks then take a 2 week break after. This will help you understand if you still need to take a herbal supplement or you can go off of it. Your body will also come back to its natural state so you will feel cleaner inside and your brain will work faster.


If you are relatively healthy then I would recommend this approach:

1. Try a herbal supplement that is made up only of 1 ingredient for 1 month. You can try Ashwagandha,  St.John’s Wort or Valerian root.


2. Evaluate if you like it or the side effects are too much to handle. Usually 250-500mg (1 pill) is a good testing ground and you should feel some effects at this dose. However, if you have excessive worry or anxiety then you might need to go to 500mg-1000mg. I personally went to 2000mg (2 x 500mg 7am, and 2 x 500mg 2pm of Ashwagandha). 


But the problem I had is that at the end of month 2 I felt dizzy, mentally fatigued, heavy in the body and lack of concentration on daily basis. That is when I realized that it may have been due to taking too much Ashwagandha. So then i decided to try StressCare and it worked really well.


3. If something is not working, try a supplement with multiple ingredients like Calm Thoughts or StressCare, which I found easier to handle as it does not have too much Ashwagandha. I started using 1-2 pills of StressCare a day depending how I felt. I stayed on it for 1.5 years and later decided to go off completely as I did not need it anymore. You can also try Doctor Wilson’s Super Adrenal Formula which has vitamins and 5-HTP which is a precursor to manufacturing serotonin.


4. You really want to test dosages, I would say anyone who is 150lb+ standard dosages on the bottle would apply, but if you are smaller like 110-130lb may be take half the dosage as It may be hard on your system.


USING ANTI-AGEING SUPPLEMENTS TO FEEL BETTER

As i gained more knowledge, i discovered that there were anti-ageing supplements that could help with boosting neurotransmitters, decreasing fatigue, and eliminating negative thoughts.


These supplements include Resveratrol,  NMN and Nachido TIme+.


Resveratrol - is found mostly in red grapes which is a type of poly-phenol antioxidant that helps to fight free radicals in your body. It also dilates your blood vessels so that blood flows more easily through the body. It makes you feel happier because it increases the blood flow, boosts the production of neurotransmitters and stimulates mitochondria to produce more energy. Basically, it is like taking a pill that increases your overall body recovery from any fatigue.


NMN (Nicotinamide mononucleotide) - plays an important role in producing energy in the body. Humans already have it in their cells but with age the amount we produce decreases and therefore we become older and move slower. When you take NMN you will feel more energy, you skin will become lighter and wrinkles will go away at least temporarily. It also increases recovery and is best taken together with Resveratrol. 


Nachido Time+ - is basically just a mix of vitamins and tropical fruits in a specific ratio which boosts natural recycling of NAD+ molecule in the body. This supplement's goal is to restore the natural NAD+ manufacturing pathway to its youthful efficiency. This way you actually have more energy, better blood-flow and smoother skin.


If you don't want to take a Herbal Supplement, then i would recommend researching and trying the above mentioned anti-ageing supplements.
