Here, I explained Step#3 in greater detail so you could really understand how to use the Now + Good + Perfect Method.
Step#4 is really simple, you just need to completely BLOCK or ERASE the Perfect section since you will not need it anymore for the rest of this exercise.
Here you will complete Step#5 of the Now + Good + Perfect method which basically is about narrowing down the items you have written in the Good section.
In this Step#6 you will actually arrive at only ONE ITEM that will become your next thing to execute which will relieve your pain and make you happier. You can do this exercise multiple times as i have included the worksheet which you can use.
We humans all have fears and if we want to achieve our goals we need to OVERCOME our FEARS. In this section, I will explain how you can rewire your brain to eliminate your fears.
In Part 1 - I will describe the mechanism of how you can REWIRE your brain to be LESS FEARFUL.
