Continue doing activities that are in week 1+2+3+4 and also add: 1. Social Life Activation - you need to make an effort to meet people that you already know or don't know. The best is if you could meet up with someone every single week, but if you can't you can do it every 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks. Do not isolate yourself for longer than 4 week unless there is some serious circumstances which are causing you to do it. Being outside will take focus off yourself and make you realize how much other life, people and places are around you. You can go to a wedding, a date, an event or something else. 2. Partner or Friends or Life Purpose - You can start working on getting a partner or making new friends. This could become your goal or main purpose for a period of time so you could actually have some social life. Also, you could allocate more time on your business if social life is not making you feel better. Since, a lot of us create promises to ourselves to achieve something, if we do not accomplish our plans we don't feel fulfilled. 3. Meditation Music (download/buy) - i suggest that you find the some meditation music on Youtube and then downloaded it using some 3rd party website which give you that capability. On the other hand, you could also buy some meditation music if you want some specific sound which are not on Youtube.
