Continue doing activities that are in week 1 and also add: 1. Workouts - whatever physical activity you have selected in week #1, you must start doing it in this week #2. You could do it any where from 5min-30min is the sweet spot, since if you do more you may be too tired after to anything productive. Slowly of course you can build up to 1h or more but it is really not necessary in the beginning. 2. L-Theanine (Green Tea): - Try dirnking green tea at lunch or after work if you want to calm down since it has L-Theanine amino-acid which helps the body relax. The only problem is Green tea also has caffeine which would affect your REM sleep during the night by making it significantly less.Solution? You can buy the L-Theanine supplement separately which does not have any caffeine in it and take it whenever you start worrying. 3. Diary (video or daily planner) - you also want to start a diary that will detail your progress through the 6 Week Blueprint and beyond it. The reason you want to keep a diary is because you would have the ability to look back at what you were thinking, feeling, wanting, doing, believing and so on which will help with understanding yourself and moving forward in life. Also, you can write in your daily planner if you have one, since you might be using it for work or business related activities and it is always with you. In addition, you can do video diaries which are 5 min -10 min long every day or once a week to summarize what happened. 4. Herbal Supplement: If you have decided to try a herbal supplement then you should test it first by taking only 1 pill and waiting to see how you would feel. Also, wait at least 3 days before taking it again or increasing the dosage, since you want the herb to be fully out of your system. You might need to increase the dosage but be careful, since some side effects may appear. Do not go over 2000mg of any herbal supplement per day and if you do not feel well then stop and do not take it again ever again.
