In this video i will give you an example how i was using the 10 Tips in 2019. Please understand i have already changed my daily routine multiple times to accommodate my goals. When you move forward in life your schedule will change because you need to adjust yourself or your environment to achieve your next step in life.
For June 2019 about 5 days of the week looked like this:
Tip #1 - 6am - 20min workout (P90x3) at home
Tip #3 - 7am - StressCare 1 pill with breakfast
Tip #8 - 7:10am - Faith Loading (using my cards)
Tip#5 - 7:45 m - 10 min walk outside
Tip #8 - 11:15am - Wallet cards
Tip #8 - 2:45pm - Wallet cards
Tip #4 - 4:30pm - 8:30pm - Working on major purpose goal
Tip #7 - 4:30pm - 8:30pm Blocking Social media
For October 2019 about 5 days of the week looked like this:

As you can see i have removed StressCare supplment (Tip#3) from my October 2019 schedule. Also, in 2020 i moved the morning walk (Tip#5) to 5pm, beause my work hours changed, so that i could not do it before work.
This is just a partial example of how i have been using these 10 Tips for productivity myself over the last 2 years. In addition, i even changed the workouts lately to be more calisthenics based. So, the key is to learn how to adjust to your environment and still be productive (sometimes this is not possible at all). Please understand that environment and particularly your daily schedule has the biggest impact on how much business or personal things you could get done.
