Before you begin watching this video please watch Tim Ferriss's Ted Talk that i have linked above since a lot of the content will be from it. 


In the sheet that Tim provides there are 3 sections in total. The 1st section is about listing your fears and writing how you can tackle them. The 2nd section is about determining even partial benefits of success that may come from overcoming your fears. In the 3rd section you will need to write what you will lose in life if you do not confront your fears.


I have also added my own 4th section which is about how to actually rewire your brain so it becomes less fearful.


NOTE: I cannot give you the first 3 pages of this exercise as a PDF file, since Tim Ferriss did not allow me to do so. Therefore, you can only download page 4 of this exercise.
