WEEK 6 OF THE 6 WEEK BLUEPRINT

Continue doing activities that are in week 1+2+3+4+5 and also add:

1. Share Your Progress with Someone - your goal for this week is to find a person which you can trust. It can be anybody in your life a parent, a brother, a teacher, a life coach, a therapist, a waitress, a coworker...etc. 


The only criteria you have, is you have to trust that person because you will be sharing private information with them. Of course, you could have more than one person with whom you would share your progress; it's just the requirement is minimum one.


You want to tell that person how you have moved forward in life by using The 6 Week Blueprint. I highly recommend that you make a 5-15min video about your progress using the notes from your diary, before telling that person anything. Since, showing a video + telling them will create a bigger understanding between each of you.


Another reason why it is a good idea to film a video, is because at a later date you could watch it again to see how much you have evolved.
