WEEK 4 OF THE 6 WEEK BLUEPRINT

Continue doing activities that are in week 1+2+3 also add:

1. Yoga - is a good exercise that stretches out the body and creates blood flow  while increasing the amount of neurotransmitters in the brain so you could feel great again. You actually can do any type of exercise that has mild or low intensity for 5-20min.


2. After work shower/bath - it is not a secret that a warm bath relaxes you by dilating blood vessels which in turn relax the muscles and the brain. This is the oldest trick in the book used by professional athletes to relax after a competition. 


3. Meditation music - slower music is great to calm your mind, since it brings your brain waves closer to Theta. Theta is the state of mind where it is believed you can create everything and change reality.


Scientists have discovered that certain brain wave frequencies (especially the Alpha and Theta) may:

1. Relieve stress and promote a lasting and substantial reduction in people prone to anxiety states.
2. Facilitate a deep physical relaxation and mental clarity
3. Increase verbal ability and also the performance IQ, verbal.
4. Better synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain.
5. Recall mental images live and spontaneous imaginative and creative thinking.
6. Reduce pain, promote euphoria and stimulate the release of endorphins.

4. Clean food - eat more boiled food and less deep fried foods like (fries, chicken nuggets, samosas...etc.) You would need to add some fresh salads as well as some pickled items like sauerkraut or kimchi or kombucha for naturally occurring enzymes. Of course, no sodas, chocolate bars (except dark chocolate above 70%), chips, bread...etc.


Yes, it will be hard to give these tasty foods up, but you will gain high brain clarity when your gut starts to regenerate. You could also take some Glutamine to help your gut heal faster.


5. Productive work 30 min - Spend a minimum of 30 min on your goal, task, life purpose whatever you want to call it to move forward in life. It could be a personal item like teaching your kids how to read or a professional item such as searching for new sales rep for your business.


Of course, you could spend more than 30 min on this goal related activity, that is entirely up to you.
