How To Use Loading Cards to Be Happier and More Productive

Continue doing activities that are in week 1+2 and also add:

1. Loading Cards - You can write anything on them and usually 1 to 10 cards is enough to prime your mind for the day. The goal of the loading  cards is to load that information into your brain which gives it a structure in which it would operate during the day.


Usually this would be to accomplish some goal, worry less, feel more happier or more creative, be more focused and other types of mental enhancement. 


Two types of Loading Cards:

Type 1 (read first) - are the general Affirmations type cards that help you feel good.

Type 2 (read second) - are the specific Goal related cards that help you with an action during each day or week. You can also read your planner for that day or next day (if you are reading loading cards at night).


You need to read the cards OUT LOUD TWICE, that is very important. If you want read it more times that is actually really good and the message will stick into your brain much better. I found that reading them TWICE seems to be the minimum amount to activate your brain for the day so you actually accomplish all of you tasks.


When to read loading cards ? - it is best to read loading cards in the morning after your workout+shower+meal finished=  read loading cards


You could also read loading cards 30min before going to sleep. This goal here to let your mind put the intention for tomorrow of what you need to accomplish. This could be very effective for some people.
